Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 48hrs. During promotional sales or peak periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all hair products within continental US; delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Orders may be cancelled before they ship. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return policy applies once it arrives.

How many Bundles do i need?
- 12"–16" → 2–3 bundles
- 18"–22" → 3 bundles
- 24"–26" → 3–4 bundles
- 28"–30" → 4+ bundles
Straight hair may need an extra bundle for fullness since it lays flatter, while body wave/natural wave adds volume. Closures usually need 3 bundles; longer lengths with a frontal work best with 4.
