📦 Processing Times

Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Custom/Pre-Order Items: Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic (U.S.):

Economy Shipping (4–8 business days): Calculated at checkout
Free on orders over $100
Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): Calculated at checkout
Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Calculated at checkout

Free on orders over $400

International:

Standard International (7–14 business days): Calculated at checkout
Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.

🚫 Delivery Issues

If your order is:

Lost in transit
Arrived damaged
Delivered to the wrong address

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@troihair.com. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist quickly.

📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Troi Hair is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
