How long does shipping take?
Once your order is processed (1–2 business days), standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We are working to expand internationally—sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we do.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@troihair.com.

What type of hair do you use?
All of our extensions are made from 100% ethically sourced, premium human hair—free from synthetic fillers or animal hair.
Are your extensions reusable?
Yes! With proper care, our hair extensions can be reused for up to 3 -5 years. Be sure to follow the care guide included in your package.
Can I color, bleach, or heat-style the hair?
Absolutely. Our hair is fully color-safe and heat-friendly. However, we recommend professional styling to preserve the hair’s integrity.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene regulations, we only accept returns on items that are unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If the tamper seal is broken, we cannot process a return.
How do I start a return?
Email returns@troihair.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges only if the item is unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all tags and tamper-proof seals fully intact. Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we cannot accept any items that appear used or altered in any way.
If you meet the exchange criteria, please contact us at support@troihair.com within 30 days of delivery to begin the process.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Flexible payment options like Afterpay and Affirm are also available at checkout.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one promotional code can be applied per order. Be sure to use the one that gives you the best value!
🧴 Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my extensions?
Wash gently with sulfate-free products, air dry when possible, and store in a silk bag or on a hanger. Detailed care instructions come with every order.
Can I sleep or swim with the extensions installed?
We recommend removing clip-ins before bed or swimming. For sewn-in or tape-in extensions, secure hair in a braid or silk wrap to reduce tangling.
