Returns
Return Eligibility
To maintain exceptional hygiene standards and protect the integrity of our products, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Hair extensions are unused, unworn, uninstalled, unbrushed, unwashed, and unaltered

The plastic tamper-evident seal on the weft is fully intact and unbroken

The item remains in its original packaging

A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

The item is shipped back within 3 days of return approval

The order was purchased directly from troihair.com
If these conditions are met, your return qualifies for Free Return Shipping.
Free Returns on Unopened Hair
We offer free return shipping on all eligible unopened products.
Once your return request is approved, our team will issue a prepaid shipping return label. Please pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety, hygiene, and product quality protections, Troi Hair cannot accept returns if:

The plastic tamper seal is broken, cut, popped, twisted, or removed

The hair has been opened, brushed, worn, installed, washed, or manipulated

The hair has been colored, bleached, toned, straightened, curled, or otherwise altered
-
The hair has been removed from the protective net or pouch
-
The packaging is missing or damaged
-
The return request is submitted after the 14-day window
-
The product was purchased from a third-party retailer or marketplace
Once the plastic seal is removed or tampered with, the hair becomes Final Sale for hygiene and safety.
Refund Options
After your return is received and inspected, you may choose:

Refund to original payment method, or

Store credit (issued as a Troi Hair digital gift card)
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges on unopened items with intact plastic tamper seals, allowing customers to switch for:

A different length, texture, density (for wigs) or product
If the new item has a higher price, the difference will be charged. If lower, the balance will be refunded or issued as store credit.
How to Start a Return

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide your free prepaid return label.

Repack your item in its original packaging with the plastic seal fully intact.

Ship your order within 3 days of receiving the label.

Once inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.with the following:

Clear photos or videos of the issue

Packaging and seal condition
We will promptly issue a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they ship.
If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return policy applies once it arrives.
