Returns
For Online Purchases

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Hair extensions are classified as hygienic products by law. For the health and safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns of opened or tampered items.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service to confirm delivery to our warehouse.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is approved, you must ship the item within 5 business days of receiving return authorization.
Exchanges

Yes, we offer exchanges only if the item is unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all tags and tamper-proof seals fully intact. Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we cannot accept any items that appear used or altered in any way.
